Pakistan gets love from International footballers

The international footballers, who were in action in ‘Ronaldinho and Friends’ exhibition matches played in Karachi and Lahore, have given the message to the world that Pakistan is peaceful country.

Brazilian legend and current club ambassador for FC Barcelona, Ronaldinho took to Twitter and said Pakistan is a peaceful and loving country, and wished to visit again in future. He also thanked Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa and Pakistani people for their love and support.

Ronaldinho further said there is too much football talent in Pakistan, it only needs good coaches and better infrastructure.

Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor also thanked Ronaldinho and his fellow international players for visiting Pakistan and letting the world know that Pakistan is peaceful and loving country, and bade them farewell.

It is worth mentioning here that Ronaldinho-7 on Sunday defeated Giggs-7 at Fortress Stadium, Lahore by 2-0, and completed the series clean sweep as well. The spectators were gathered in large number to see their football idols playing in front of them, and the players displayed wonderful skills in the jam-packed stadium.

Ronaldinho-7 had earlier defeated Giggs-7 in Karachi by 3-2 on Saturday. The international stars have now flown back to their respective destinations with good memories of Pakistan.
